Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  1. Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
    • Cost: Orders over $75 qualify for a free shipping
  2. Expedited Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days available at an additional cost
  3. Overnight Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1 business day (orders placed before 2:00PM Local time, Monday–Friday)
    • Cost: $69.99

Note: Delivery times may vary based on the destination and during peak shopping periods or holidays.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is chosen based on the shipping method selected and the destination.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier directly. If you still cannot find your package, contact us at +1 888 444 9584 or contact@orderfairy.net within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and email them to contact@orderfairy.net within 3 days of receipt.

Additional Information

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Texas as required by law.
